Special conference rates are available on a first come first served basis, for a limited number rooms, at all locations June 22nd through July 3rd. If you plan to attend one or both of the pre/post conference study tours be sure to book your room for the night before and last night of each study tour; as well as for Saturday night.
All accommodations have light blocking window treatments to help ensure a good night’s rest.

Most of the actual conference will take place on the beautiful University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) campus. You may want to consider these lodging facilities to save time and taxi fares during the conference. Internet is available in guest rooms. Connections can be made by contacting Conference Services and may be set up in advance of your stay.
- Apartment - $140.00 per night per apartment – two bedroom townhouse style facility with two twin beds per bedroom. Each apartment includes a private bath and a kitchen stocked with utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee pot.
- Double - $66.00 per night per room – dormitory style facility with two twin beds and communal shower and toilets.
- Single - $53.00 per night per room – dormitory style with one twin bed and communal shower and toilets.

The resort offers ample free parking, free shuttle service from airport and railroad. There is a restaurant on site. Free Internet access.
