Location and Lodging Information

The ANREP 2012 Conference location is the Kanuga Conference Center in Hendersonville, NC. Kanuga is a self-contained conference facility with one fee for lodging and all meals included on site. Please read all of this information before going to the lodging reservation form.

ANREP Conference participants MUST make their Kanuga lodging reservations through this ANREP Conference Website…reservations cannot be made directly with Kanuga.

The rates for lodging and meals at Kanuga for the ANREP 2012 Conference are as follows:

Conference Participant:

A half share of double room - $105/night/person includes lodging plus 3 meals

A single room - $140/night/person includes lodging plus 3 meals

Guest of Conference Participant:

Adult: $90/night/person includes lodging (assumes sharing double room with conference participant) plus 3 meals

For those wishing to bring other family members, rates are as follows:

Youth (10-18 yrs): $50/night/person includes lodging plus 3 meals

Child (3-9 yrs): $34/night/person includes lodging plus 3 meals

Note: In order to participate in special conference events such as the pig pickin’ and poster social, these guests must also be registered on your conference registration form.

Commuter Participant:

Includes all refreshment breaks, lunches and dinner/evening events: $ 70

By Air

Asheville Regional Airport, located thirty minutes from Kanuga, offers jet and commuter service on US Airways, Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines and Northwest Airlines, with daily nonstop service to Charlotte, Atlanta, Cincinnati, New York and other major hubs. Taxi services and major rental car companies are available at the airport terminal.

Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, located one hour from Kanuga, offers jet and commuter service on US Airways, Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines and American Airlines. Taxi services and major rental car companies are available at the airport terminal.

By Bus

Greyhound Bus Lines offers service to Asheville, their closest stop to Hendersonville. The bus station is located at 2 Tunnel Road (about 32 miles from Kanuga) and is open 8 a.m.-9 p.m. seven days a week, except holidays. Taxi services and rental car information is available at the station.

By Taxi

Several taxi cab services operate at the Asheville Airport and in Hendersonville. We recommend Carolina Taxi, (828) 693-3221. Reservations must be made in advance.

No passenger rail service to Hendersonville is currently available.
